This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in <b>Scrum execution, Agile transformation, JIRA administration </b>, and <b>program‑level delivery management </b>, operating in complex and ambiguous environments.

</b></h2></div><div><div><b>Agile &amp; Scrum Leadership
</b></div><ul><li>Serve <b>at least two Agile/Scrum teams concurrently </b>, fostering high productivity, collaboration, and consistent delivery.
</li><li>Act as a <b>servant leader </b>, strengthening Agile mindset and ensuring effective adoption of Scrum principles and practices.
</li><li>Facilitate <b>all Agile ceremonies </b>including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
</li><li>Ensure teams consistently deliver <b>sprint goals aligned to committed velocity, quality, and outcomes </b>. .
</li><li>Lead <b>JIRA administration, configuration, and governance </b>across teams.
</li><li>Build and maintain <b>advanced JIRA dashboards, rich filters, reports, and smart dashboards </b>.
</li></ul><ul><li>Bring strong <b>Banking / Financial Services domain expertise </b>, including exposure to areas such as:
</li><li>Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, or Digital Banking platforms.
</li><li>Dive deep into business domains to help shape <b>product and platform direction </b>using <b>domain‑driven design principles </b>.<br>

</li><li>Extensive <b>hands‑on JIRA experience </b>including configuration, dashboards, reporting, and advanced filters.
</li><li>Strong <b>program and project management skills </b>in Agile environments.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in <b>ambiguous, fast‑paced, and complex environments </b>.
</li><li>Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
</li><li><b>Mandatory Banking / Financial Services domain experience </b>.

<p></p>The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .<br>
<p></p>Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.<br>
