The Role</b></h2><p>
As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of 4 Data Engineers, 1 AI Engineer and 1 QA, and sit on the wider management team. A good portion of your week will be the coaching and line-managing of that team, growing people, unblocking them and holding the bar on quality. The rest will be spent delivering across a mix of client engagements and our own product development. This is a player-coach role, not pure people management, you'll stay hands-on enough to make architectural calls, review code and step in on the hard problems when needed.</p><p>
