We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (AI) who excels in designing, developing, and delivering AI-powered solutions using the latest Python technologies and GenAI frameworks. You will act as the technical anchor of an agile AI engineering team, guiding solution architecture, enforcing best coding practices, and ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable delivery across the Python and GenAI landscape. You will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to shape technical vision, solve complex problems, and accelerate our journey in AI innovation.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Lead the design and development of advanced AI/GenAI features using Python technologies (Python, Fast API, Langchain).</p></li><li><p>
Own the technical delivery of GenAI projects by hands-on development, code reviews, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>
Guide end-to-end implementation: RAG, data acquisition, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring&mdash;all within Python.</p></li><li><p>
Context and Prompt Engineering with Responsible AI principles.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with product and engineering managers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality business solutions.</p></li><li><p>
Drive adoption of DevOps/MLOps best practices (Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git, automated testing).</p></li><li><p>
Mentor engineers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and champion continuous learning in AI and Python advancements.</p></li><li><p>
Champion code quality, security, performance optimizations, and documentation across the delivery lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>
Participate in architecture discussions, technical evaluation of tools/frameworks, and risk assessments.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure cloud-native, secure, and scalable deployments&mdash;primarily in Azure/GCP environments.</p></li></ul><p><b>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Knowledge Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>
7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant exposure to enterprise Python AI development using Python ML and GenAI frameworks.</p></li><li><p>
Deep hands-on expertise in Python, Api development, RAG using Vector databases and RDBMS technologies (Postgres).</p></li><li><p>
Advanced proficiency in software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native design.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent command of python machine learning libraries.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with DevOps workflows (Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git), and automated testing practices.</p></li><li><p>
Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS).</p></li><li><p>
Experience leading small- to mid-size technical teams, including mentoring and code reviews.</p></li><li><p>
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>
Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>
Hands-on with Azure Cognitive Services, and productionizing GenAI/LLM workflows.</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with agent orchestration and pipeline frameworks in Python.</p></li><li><p>
Cloud services integration: Azure App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, GCP Cloud Functions/SQL.</p></li><li><p>
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB).</p></li><li><p>
Security expertise: Azure AD, RBAC, API security and compliance.</p></li></ul><p><b>
