Your Role:

The Senior Staff AI Engineer, Generative AI Platforms &amp; Workflows will lead the engineering of AI-native platforms and automation systems that power content production, creative operations, and cross-functional workflows inside FF's Visual Marketing and broader creative organization.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, agent orchestration, and business workflow automation, with the goal of transforming how FF's marketing, content, and operations teams work &mdash; turning manual, time-consuming processes into scalable, AI-powered systems. You will design and ship AI agents, tool integrations, and production-grade automation that enable a small team to deliver with the output of a much larger one.

This is a hands-on engineering role. Working under the guidance of AI Scientists and in partnership with engineering, risk, and business teams, this role focuses on internal human-in-the-loop use cases such as AI-assisted loan documentation generation, fraudulent transaction detection models, policy and knowledge copilots, workflow automation, and other productivity solutions. A meaningful portion of the role is dedicated to AI solution intake and delivery support&mdash; learning new business domains, engaging business owners, preparing required documentation, and supporting vendor and risk reviews, so that solutions can be built and deployed under strict control gates and documentation standards aligned to internal and external regulations. Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities

Applied AI solution development &amp; analysis:

Potential Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

This person will be part of a four person AI group however they will be working with many other technical teams and no technical stakeholders across the organization.
