<p>5. JOB CONTEXT:</p>
<ul>
 <li>The job supports the GCAA Vision, Mission, and Strategy values and demands up-to-date knowledge of ICAO and international legal instruments, national civil aviation legislation, policy, and regulations.</li>
 <li>The job holder participates in different committees, panels and working groups. </li>
 <li>The job holder works with a range of internal departments and external service providers to fulfil these activities.</li>

<p>6. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES AND DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY</p>
<ul>
 <li>The job holder reports to the Senior Director, Air Transport Department.</li>
 <li>The job holder is expected to work within the confines of the GCAA Authority Matrix Manual </li>
 </ul>

<p>7. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:</p>
<ul>
 <li>Preferably a degree from a University/College or professional qualification in International Relations or relevant with 5 years  experience or as defined in the JD matrix</li>
