Conducts comprehensive aircraft maintenance on the UH60, following specific guidelines from the OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and other relevant directives. Performs tasks such as removing and installing aircraft systems, subsystem assemblies, and components, including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, and mechanical flight controls. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components, preparing the aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Executes both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions, utilizing common and precision measuring tools, as well as alignment fixtures. Performs routine and special inspections on aircraft and related components, along with maintenance operational checks. Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment, and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools, and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE). Prepares meticulous aircraft maintenance forms and records, takes charge of developing and executing phase plans from Pre-Dock to Post Test flight, and ensures all related operations prioritize safety.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ensures that UH60 Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives.</li><li>
Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.</li><li>
Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required.</li><li>
Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Aviation Maintenance Manager.</li><li>
Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.</li><li>

Qualifications:

<div>To support the continuous growth of our Working-Party activities and the global Airbus fleet, we are opening a position for a Working-Party Manager (WPM) based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
The Working-Party Manager is a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) holding an active EASA Part-66 AML (Aircraft Maintenance License). In this role, you will oversee working parties (technical modifications and/or repairs) on delivered aircraft by leading cross-functional teams deployed to customer sites.
In the event of major repairs, this role may also encompass the duties of a Repair Embodiment Manager (REM), taking full accountability for the repair embodiment process from initial assessment to final release. You will provide operational and functional leadership for all on-site personnel, including spares, engineering representatives, preparators, sub-contractors, workers, and inspectors.
Scope and Dimensions
<ul><li>Team Leadership: Lead and manage diverse teams of up to 30 personnel, including core working-party members and staff from manufacturing units.

Education &amp; Qualifications:
