</div><div>To lead highly complex aircraft engines and engines component maintenance in a timely manner and inspect the execution of the repair and maintenance tasks to ensure adherence to technical orders, standards, and regulations.<br>
Perform O, I and D Level when its applicable.<br>

1. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

2. Adjust, repair or replace defective engines based on analysis of test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents, using hand tools.<br>
3. Examine and inspect calibration on installed or repaired engines to prescribed specifications and ensure performance of task based on standard procedure.<br>
4. Assist in the test flight of engines and engine components under simulated or actual operating conditions to determine performance and airworthiness, using test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, digital meters and counters, and circuit analysers.<br>
5. Lead scheduled service and maintenance tasks on components and advice on problems maintaining, servicing, and inspecting components and related aircraft equipment.<br>
6. Lead unscheduled maintenance, repair and troubleshooting tasks assigned to engines and engine components, and related equipment and ensure the right implementation of procedures.<br>
7. Examine and test repaired components according to standards and procedures and approve the process before signing off.<br>
8. Review and inspect maintenance forms, aircraft records, automated maintenance data systems, and historical reports as required to ensure complete documentation and sign of for the supervisor&rsquo;s approval.<br>
9. Lead repair and troubleshooting tasks assigned to engines and components to ensure the right implementation of procedures.<br>
10. Report findings and issues to supervisor and collaborate with the supervisor to assess the problem and lead the implementation of the adopted solution and ensure proper execution in performing tasks.<br>
11. Lead launch and recovery on components to ensure they are working appropriately.

12. Lead installing and maintaining visual landing aids as instructed and according to adopted procedures<br>
13. Maintain logs of airplane launches, recoveries, and equipment maintenance.<br>
14. Lead repair and maintenance tasks on issues encountered during typical recovery missions and inspect the engine and engine components afterwards to ensure compliance to procedures and requirements before signing off.<br>
15. Initiate deficiency reports, maintenance analysis documents, technical data changes, and equipment records.<br>
16. Record information on data collection forms and automated system under request of supervisor and when required ensure preparation of timely and accurate status reports.

17. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to technicians and senior technicians on basic and complex tasks and procedures to support their development.<br>

2. Responsible for the oversight, guidance, and counseling of all maintenance personnel assigned to the relevant aircraft section.<br>
3. Assist the Team Leads for the relevant aircraft and Maintenance Manager in the direction of all primary and recurring training activities of all maintenance personnel assigned to the relevant Aircraft sections.<br>
4. Ensuring that all relevant aircraft are being maintained to airworthiness standards prescribed by applicable regulations, technical manuals, and airworthiness directives, and good maintenance practices.<br>
5. Responsible for the direction of all relevant aircraft maintenance personnel within the section when conducting required flight line activities such as launching aircraft, maintaining logbooks and ESNAAD, and when conducting any unscheduled maintenance.<br>
6. Responsible for informing the Team Leads of aircraft maintenance considering such factors as work flow, location of equipment facilities, tools, supplies, and job requirements.<br>
7. Maintain a close liaison with the customer, PC, Team Leads, and test pilots to provide current status of aircraft.<br>
8. Determine maintenance personnel requirements based on present and projected workloads.<br>
9. Must be responsible for all assigned personnel during duty hours.<br>
10. Must assure that all assigned personnel have the tools, equipment, and training in order to support the mission requirements.<br>

</div><div>To perform moderately complex aircraft maintenance and repair in accordance with applicable technical orders, standards, regulations, and job guides. Perform O, I and D Level when its applicable.<br>

1. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
<br>
2. Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and maintain large and highly complex aircraft systems, components and related aerospace equipment.<br>
3. Perform highly multifaceted aircraft and component inspections to ensure they are working properly. Interpret inspection findings and determine adequacy of corrective actions.<br>
4. Inspect and identify major aircraft corrosion in order to repair it and identify reasons for it for future prevention purposes.<br>
5. Conduct functional tests of components and systems to ensure they are have been repaired properly and problems have been addressed.<br>
6. Review maintenance data collection reports to determine trends and production effectiveness.<br>
7. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to junior and senior technicians to support their overall development.

8. When maintenance problems are encountered, act as a technical expert/ advisor to ensure the timely resolution of issues and minimization of downtime. Elevate issues that cannot be resolved at his/her level.<br>
9. Operate and maintain arresting gear, and associated mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems involved primarily in aircraft carrier take-off and landing operations.

10. Test and maintain launch and recovery equipment to ensure they are working appropriately.
<br>
11. Maintain logs of airplane launches, recoveries, and equipment maintenance.<br>
12. Perform inspections on aircraft before launch and after recovery and provide signoff on flyable condition when all airworthiness requirements are met.<br>
13. Operate all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) as required to service aircraft while on ground.<br>
14. Identify maintenance and troubleshooting requirements during aircraft recovery.<br>
15. Prepare multifaceted statements and reports (e.g., deficiency reports, maintenance analysis documents, technical data changes, and equipment records) timely and accurately to meet GAL and departmental requirements, policies and standards.<br>
16. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.<br>
17. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.<br>
18. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
