The security search is a process in which our team methodically searches the aircraft for any items (primarily TSA prohibited items) that may have been left behind by passengers. The work environment is predominantly inside aircraft. However this job also services water and lavatory on these aircraft which is done from outside the aircraft.    Main Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>

 <ul>
  <li>
   Promote SMS reporting using the THC safety management systems in place.
  </li>
  <li>
   Recommendation of engineering safety practices, ensure use of PPE and advising any deficiencies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure FOD control measures are implemented by Part 145 Staff.
  </li>
  <li>
   Report any hangar facility deficiencies/defect to the Line Manager and/or through the safety management system as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   All maintenance, preventative maintenance and/or alterations are carried out correctly using current approved technical data.
  </li>
  <li>
   Make sure compliance with the RSQCM, GMM and TODPM Work Instructions at all times.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the required engineering standards, aircraft maintenance documentation completion is carried out correctly.
  </li>
  <li>
   Attend/perform daily toolbox talks and aircraft Team briefings on assigned maintenance projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Attend weekly production planning meetings as required to report on hangar maintenance activities, advising on specific manning, tooling, test equipment and parts requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all removed aircraft components are labelled, protected, and stored correctly for aircraft under maintenance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and advise Line Manager of staff training needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Promote Teamwork, staff discipline, wearing of company provided uniform and corporate identity.
  </li>

   Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information

   Qualifications:

   Equivalent EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II License (If non-GACA Licensed)
  </li>
  <li>
   GACA License/GACA Repairman Certificate
  </li>
  <li>
   Fully completed of the

    AW139
   </strong>
   type rating course, including both theory and practical elements, and passed all required assessments
   <strong>

   </strong>
  </li>

   Experience &amp; Skills
  </strong>
  :

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   4+ years of experience as a Technician or any related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Type rated on

    AW139
   </strong>
   (minimum 3 years).
  </li>
  <li>
   Fully completed of the
   <strong>
    AW139
   </strong>
   type rating course, including both theory and practical elements, and passed all required assessments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience as a Part 145 rostered RII/Inspector.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge of organizational procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Use of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exercise the privileges of his certificate and rating.
  </li>
  <li>
   Applicant Must present documentary evidence of their training and typerating.
  </li>
