   Providing timely support and information to customers&rsquo; enquiries and issues; ensuring timely response within the desired service levels.

   Handling and managing all clients&rsquo; claims and disputes from customers; creating reports and highlighting for management reviews; ensuring the claims process is in line with the agreed SOPs.

   Liaising with airlines &amp; land vendors, operations team and Customs as the case may be in order to regularly update the customer on the status of shipments and for the timely receipt of status reports and PODs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparing necessary inbound &amp; outbound status reports, stock movement, ageing report, billing and any other reports as required by the Supervisor or customer.
  </li>
  <li>
   Measuring daily and monthly KPI&rsquo;s and report to Manager; daily following up with internal and external parties for all related costs/charges to be collected and submitted to billing for timely invoicing.
  </li>

   Elevating potential problems and opportunities for improvement to Manager.
