Position Summary</b></p><p>
This is a full-time position as a F-16 Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) Instructor Pilot. As an F-16 WIC instructor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide academic training and instruction using the Full Mission Simulators (FMS), operate Instructor Operating Stations (IOS), provide in-flight instruction in the F-16 Block 50, and will be an SME for all pilot training courseware updates. Conduct a Qualified Weapons Instructor course utilizing provided courseware, manuals, technical orders, etc. This position is typically represented by an experienced F-16 WIC instructor pilot. This position is for a one-year contract with four option years. Location: <b>Thumrait, Oman. </b>Additional information will be provided to applicants selected to interview for this position.</p><p><b>

Responsibilities</b></p><p>
The ideal candidate for the position will be highly experienced, professional, disciplined, team-oriented, technically astute, and responsive to the needs of the company and its customers. Instructs pilots in ground and flight procedures and techniques, prepares lesson plans. act as a SME by applying advanced technical concepts in aviation and aid in creation of training material. Assists in the preparation of schedules, maintenance of training records and ensures that course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by each student. Evaluates and monitors students' performance.</p><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.</li><li>
Former F-16 Weapon School graduate.</li><li>
Demonstrated 1000 hours minimum F-16 flight experience is required.</li><li>
Demonstrated 1500 hours Fighter Flight Time in forth and/or fifth generation multi-role fighter aircraft.</li><li>
Regular travel to various work sites throughout the country may be required.</li><li>
Current or demonstrated experience as an USAF IP with multi-role fighter experience.</li><li>
Valid states driver's license.</li><li>
Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States, complete a U.S. government I-9 form, and successfully pass a government background check.</li><li>

Summary</b></p><p>
Rated Crew Member (AH64E Instructor Pilot) is responsible for monitoring the aircraft systems, diagnosing and eliminating any problems that may arise, and ensuring that all maintenance faults have been recorded and properly corrected. These duties will be performed day and night as well as under VMC and IMC.</p><p>
This position supports the Army Advanced Helicopter Flight Training program conducted at Fort Rucker, Alabama, and includes both US Army students as well as a contingent of multinational students</p><p></p><p><b><br>
