 As a member of the Menzies Aviation Passenger Service Team, you will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates; as well as verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport. This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct (no visible tattoos/excessive piercings).

 What You Will Be Doing

 As a customer service agent you are the first impression of a passengers airport experience. Customer Service positions encompass checking in and ticketing passengers, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, and resolving customer complaints. Proficient use of a computer is needed as well as EXCELLENT customer assistance to passengers. This position requires working in a fast paced environment with time constraints to meet published departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee.
 
Responsibilities:

Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.</li>
<li>Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system. This includes boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints and problems.</li>
<li>Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.</li>
<li>Assist ramp agents to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are made available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival.</li>
<li>Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.</li>
<li>Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards</li>
<li>Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.</li>
</ul>
Physical requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp; and frequently climb, and crawl.</li>
</ul>
Working conditions: 
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.</li>
<li>Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.</li>
