 The Airport Supervisor on Duty plays a critical role in our Control Center, supporting operational excellence in Airports throughout our network and collaborates with support Teams in the OCC including Dispatch and Guest Operations. This position is the central point of contact for all Airports, will be a subject matter expert in policies, procedures and resources that our Airports Team use. This role also is responsible for proactive planning, building and updating Airports resources and supports real-time resolution during irregular operations, including being a key decision-maker to minimize impact on Guest Experience at our Airports.  Here's what you'll do

 Serve as a resource for real-time Airport support during irregular operations, answering questions, problem solving, guidance through irregular operations and liaison to Dispatch and Guest Operations.

 Execute decision-making for recovery solutions including meal vouchers, rebooking options, adjustments to compensation, minimizing Guest Experience impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate delays related to Airports, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow up.
 </li>

 Collaborate with all the Airport Standards and Learning Team, create, monitor and update resources available in the Breeze Information System.
 </li>

 Act as a Complaint-Resolutions-Official and support for fellow Ground Security Coordinators, as needed

 Deliver daily operational recaps to leadership regarding Staffing, Ground Equipment, delays.

 Here's what you'll need to be successful
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 2+ years&rsquo; experience as a Supervisor, Manager, or Trainer in Airport Operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) professionally for training, QA, and data reporting
 </li>

 High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility

Position Summary
The Airport Administrative &amp; Program Compliance Manager provides senior-level administrative, financial, and operational support to the Airport Manager and plays a critical role in the business, regulatory, and public-facing functions of the airport. This position oversees airport financial management, grants, contracts, personnel administration, regulatory compliance, public engagement, and board coordination while supervising administrative and accounting support staff. The role operates with considerable independence and requires strong judgment, initiative, and cross-agency coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate and negotiate leases and rental agreements with aeronautical, commercial, and industrial tenants.</li><li>

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. Role Overview
The People Partner will act as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner for the Cairo Airport Duty Free business, supporting both back office employees and frontliners across all terminals. This role ensures the effective delivery of HR initiatives, fosters a positive workplace culture, and drives business performance through people-focused initiatives
What you'll be doing
1- Business Partnership<ul><li>
Define, develop, and implement the annual people strategy in collaboration with director of People and GM of the business</li><li>
Propose HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives to support commercial and operational goals.</li><li>
Review the ways of working, functional operating models and workforce planning approaches to ensure optimal culture and productivity</li><li>
Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees across all 3 terminals and back office.</li><li>
Provide guidance and recommendations on people related areas; recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, and employee engagement</li></ul>
2- Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>
Foster a positive work environment and open communication channels.</li><li>
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair resolution of issues in partnership with HR operations.</li><li>
Lead engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and retention for talents across back office and frontliner teams.</li></ul>
3- Talent Management<ul><li>
Support effective recruitment and onboarding of CADF Talent</li><li>
Identify development needs and coordinate training programs for diverse employee groups in collaboration with the training team.</li><li>
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.</li><li>
Lead the annual salary review cycles in partnership with the Director of People and GM of the business</li><li>
Continually review and monitor the effectiveness of employee commission schemes and put forward recommendations for change</li></ul>
4- Change Management &amp; Projects<ul><li>
Act as a change agent by looking for new ways to improve the employee experience and define our brand/function employee value proposition</li><li>
Support organizational change initiatives and business transformation projects.</li><li>
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need to succeed
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or airport operations.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Egyptian talent landscape</li><li>
Proven ability to partner with business leaders and frontline teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making.</li><li>
Fluency in English and Arabic required.

 As Duty Manager, you will be the key point of contact for guests and staff during your shift, ensuring seamless operations throughout the hotel.
