DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></div><div>

The purpose of the Semi-Skilled Laborer within the International Services section is to deliver a high level of customer service to international arriving customers by facilitating their baggage claim in the FIS. This is conducted in a safe and customer-friendly manner. Provide friendly service and directions as customers exit the FIS process. Ensuring high-performance operational processes and workflows are followed. To quickly adapt to an ever-changing airport environment.</div><p><b>

The <b>Semi-Skilled Laborer </b>duties will include but are not limited to:</div><ul><li>
Operates hand tool equipment when needed to perform a variety of tasks to support international operations.</li><li>
Monitors inventory control.</li><li>
Performs basic maintenance, assembly, and repairs to structures, facilities, and equipment.</li><li>
Performs additional miscellaneous assignments as required.</li><li>
Maintain a jam-free carousel operation and clear all remaining bags from the carousel to facilitate customs processing.</li><li>
Using multilingual skills to assist and facilitate international passengers through the FIS, obtain quarterly customer service ratings (CSPC) of 80% or higher within 9 months.</li><li>
Maintain 100% compliance with Safety SOPs; have zero preventable or at-fault safety accidents/incidents.</li><li>
Assist TSA with the movement of bags during peak screening times.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><div><b>
WORKING CONDITIONS</b></div><div>
The position requires extensive, near-continuous physical exertion such as the repeated lifting of very heavy objects (more than 80 pounds), deep bending, climbing steps, and/or assuming awkward positions. There are routine exposures to significant levels of heat, cold, moisture, and air pollution. The position may involve periodic exposure to chemical substances and physical trauma of a minor nature such as cuts, bruises, and minor burns. Requires the ability to make coordinated gross motor movements in response to changing external stimuli within moderately demanding tolerances; or the ability to make coordinated eye/hand movements on a patterned response space within low tolerance demands with no real speed requirements. This job requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time on a hard-surfaced floor.</div></div><p></p>

  Maintenance Control Technician
 </strong>
 , you will work in a fast-paced environment managing maintenance requests and inquiries through various channels such as social media, web-based programs, phone calls, emails, and service requests. Your primary role involves generating work orders and directing maintenance teams using radio communication and email. You'll operate multiple computer systems, such as: Maximo, Veoci, Microsoft Office 365, and others (with training provided). You'll also coordinate with airlines, concessionaires, and tenants to resolve maintenance issues. Expect to monitor weather conditions, assist in emergency responses, and ensure the timely completion of work orders. Role Purpose</b></p>
<p>
This role is responsible for the safe and efficient repairing and rebuilding of airport service vehicles. These vehicles include but are not limited to support trucks, stationary carts, tankers, and hydrant trucks. You will be required to inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles as well as make repairs to gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.</p><br>

The maintenance team ensures our aircraft services team can operate effectively by providing proper preventive care for equipment and timely repairs to broken equipment ensuring all work is performed safely and is supported by following established procedures and protocols.</p><br>

What you will be doing</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles as well as make repairs to gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, fueling and mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality control checks on the refueling equipment, maintain records relating to maintenance.</li>
<li>Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles.</li>
<li>Ensure our aircraft services team can operate effectively by providing proper preventative care to equipment and timely repairs to broken equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and secure work environment, in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures, aassuring a clean and safe working environment</li>

What we are looking for:</b></p>

<li>Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of mechanical experience</li>
<li>Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.</li>
<li>Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in all weather conditions.</li>
<li>Must pass pre-employment drug test.</li>
