 The Airport Supervisor on Duty plays a critical role in our Control Center, supporting operational excellence in Airports throughout our network and collaborates with support Teams in the OCC including Dispatch and Guest Operations. This position is the central point of contact for all Airports, will be a subject matter expert in policies, procedures and resources that our Airports Team use. This role also is responsible for proactive planning, building and updating Airports resources and supports real-time resolution during irregular operations, including being a key decision-maker to minimize impact on Guest Experience at our Airports.  Serve as a resource for real-time Airport support during irregular operations, answering questions, problem solving, guidance through irregular operations and liaison to Dispatch and Guest Operations.

 Minimum Qualifications

 2+ years&rsquo; experience as a Supervisor, Manager, or Trainer in Airport Operations
 </li>

 Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) professionally for training, QA, and data reporting

Part Time Airport Operations Technician

<div>CLASS SUMMARY 
This position is responsible for all assigned airfield activities of the Airport Certification Program relating to FAA, 14 CFR Part 139 regulatory compliance. Manages the self-inspection program, construction and maintenance coordination, Airport Operations training. Additionally, this position is responsible for the administrative and technical aspects relating to the regulatory compliance issues of the Operations department. The position will participate in incident/accident and special investigations as well as review proposed airport grant-in-aid program projects to ensure that proposed development to be accomplished will not compromise safety. This position will proactively coordinate and interact with airport tenants, outside government agencies, Authority leadership and departmental staff on matters influencing the operations to include airport training, airfield construction impacts, and maintenance department work efforts.<div> 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 
<ul><li>Manages Airport Operations programs such as airfield closure program, airport operations training site, movement/non-movement area drivers training, computer-based learning system.
</li><li>Ensures CVG AA Part 139 compliance with all regulatory required training (movement area drivers training, AEP, WHMP, ACM, SICP, etc.).

 To assist the Airport Manager in managing, monitoring, and reviewing daily activities in the respective station, ensuring safety, security, on-time performance, efficiency, and smooth workflow in line with the Company&rsquo;s policies and regulatory requirements.

 Key Result Responsibilities

 Assists the Airport Manager in monitoring the Operational and Security functions; ensures timely facilitation and smooth operation of daily activities as per Air Arabia policies and procedures laid down in the stations&rsquo; operation manual.

 Conducts briefings/debriefings, and monitors ramp, check-in, safety, and security matters ensuring they are handled in accordance with operational procedures; reports deviations and delays to Airport Manager to resolve accordingly

 Liaises with Airport Manager, Flight Operations, and MCC to handle AOG, emergencies, technical delays, disruptions and service recovery.

 Monitors the baggage handling system and traces lost luggage on daily basis. Conducts necessary investigations to resolve customers&rsquo; complaints; compiles necessary reports and forwards to Airport Manager accordingly.

 Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

 Bachelor degree in Management/Administration or equivalent from a recognized university, alternately a diploma in a related field combined with necessary working experience.

 Basic Airport safety and security procedures and regulations trainings are a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 &ldquo;IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations&rdquo;, &ldquo;Passenger Handling&rdquo;, and &ldquo;Ground Operations Procedures&rdquo; trainings or certificates are a must for this role.

 Proficient in &ldquo;Passenger Handling System&rdquo; and &ldquo;Departure Control System&rdquo; (DCS).

 Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role leading a team of a station with departure/arrival flights; experience with low cost airline is a plus.

 Very good knowledge in IATA/ Civil Aviation Authorities and Regulatory Bodies&rsquo; rules and regulations pertaining to Ground Handling working procedures and operating standards, GHAs, GSAs, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in one or more of the following: Passenger Handling, Cargo, Ramp, Dispatch, DGR, and Load Control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of building ties and relationships in Aviation Industry and Markets; to build credibility quickly.
 </li>

 Capable for implementing policies, procedures, and manuals in line with standards and regulations.
