 Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing historical alarm trends to detect alarm floods, recurring patterns, and areas for suppression or rationalization.

ELV Sales Engineer - Oman -(Kerala or Tamil preferred)

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and supervising all day-to-day operational activities across ELV, Automation, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting teams. This role includes assigning and following up on technician tasks, coordinating logistics and resources, preparing quotations, evaluating performance, and resolving staff issues. The Operations Coordinator must be an engineer with proven experience in Oman, strong organizational skills, Gcc driving licence mandatory ,and the ability to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1.  The Sales Engineer - ESS is responsible for the business development and sales &amp; marketing functions across the G4S Oman ESS division. He will lead a team of technical sales professionals including design and estimation and will develop and execute a product/service based business plan for the Division which will directly link to the annual sales revenue and profitability objectives. In addition the role will be tasked to grow the ESS business in line with the aggressive Country targets of the Sales Director.
