We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and committed to delivering high-quality fa&ccedil;ade solutions through advanced infrastructure and skilled technical resources.Job Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in fa&ccedil;ade / aluminium industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of fa&ccedil;ade systems and materials</li><li>Good analytical and cost control skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings for aluminium, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding works</li><li>Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets</li><li>Track material consumption and analyze cost variances</li><li>Prepare variations, quotations, and cost analysis reports</li><li>Generate periodic cost reports and recommend cost-saving measures</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor bills, variations, and site progress quantities</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and cost forecasting</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and project teams for cost-effective sourcing</li><li>Maintain cost control documentation and project financial records</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of fa&ccedil;ade systems</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Experience in UAE fa&ccedil;ade projects preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in the aluminium fa&ccedil;ade industry?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>hindi,english ,arabic (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
