Who We're Hiring 
We are looking for evaluators with a background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, or related fields.
This role is ideal for professionals who have:
<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Investment Research, or related roles
</li><li>Experience in analysing earnings reports, income statements, and balance sheets
</li><li>Hands-on exposure to investment performance tables, portfolio analysis, or financial modelling
</li><li>Experience interpreting market comparison data, benchmarking reports, and sector performance metrics
</li><li>Familiarity with trading analytics, financial ratios, and performance indicators
</li><li>Experience sourcing and validating financial tables, statements, and market data from credible public sources
</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
</li><li>Excellent written communication skills
</li><li>Comfort working independently and asynchronously
</li></ul>Educational Background: 
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity
</li><li>Assess insights derived from financial statements, earnings reports, and investment performance data
</li><li>Verify financial tables, market statistics, and trading analytics using reputable public sources
</li><li>Identify inconsistencies in financial analysis, valuation summaries, and market comparisons
</li><li>Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines
</li><li>Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks
</li></ul>Role Details
<ul><li>Part-time (20&ndash;40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
</li><li>Competitive rates: $40&ndash;$60/hour depending on expertise

Contract and Payment Terms

As an Evaluator, you will conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations for individuals of all ages seeking services. You will establish treatment plans, provide provisional diagnoses, and make referral recommendations within our programs. The Evaluator may also engage in safety planning, provide brief therapy sessions, and, pending approval, offer clinical supervision to trainees. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct screenings and assessments for individuals interested in services to determine appropriateness and eligibility.</li><li>
Develop treatment plans and provisional diagnoses.</li><li>
Provide or coordinate comprehensive follow-up plans and referrals.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Participate in crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.</li><li>
Engage in departmental meetings, staff development activities, and peer review staffing.</li><li>
Cooperate with Quality Assurance/Compliance/Revenue Cycle procedures.</li><li>
Deliver educational material in public forums to promote mental health awareness.</li><li>
Support management needs, including data collection, program evaluation, and grant applications.</li><li>
Complete required trainings and evaluations.</li><li>
Report critical incidents promptly to supervising leadership.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required.</li><li>
Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience preferred.</li></ul> 
Required License/Certification (one of the following):<ul><li>
State licensure required for practice in Indiana, including LP, PLP, LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or PLMFT.</li></ul> 
Additional Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively with diverse clients.</li><li>
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul>
