Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field.</li><li>
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., Power Query, VBA), SQL, and Python. Experience building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI) and automating reporting pipelines.</li><li>
Leadership &amp; Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and communicate analytical concepts effectively to senior leaders.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience: Previous experience working within the U.S. Government (Army preferred). Experience leading cross-functional data projects.</li><li>
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or formal training in AI, machine learning, or advanced business analytics.</li><li>
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Army acquisition processes, security cooperation programs, or defense industry practices.</li></ul>
Work Environment<ul><li>
Location: Arlington, VA.</li><li>
Travel: May be required up to 25% of the time to CONUS locations for temporary duty (TDY).</li><li>
Schedule: This is a hybrid position requiring residency in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.</li><li>
Collaboration: Regardless of physical location, all team members are required to maintain a full virtual presence and actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and collaborative efforts via MS Teams, or other collaborative applications as directed during core business hours.</li></ul>
