The Manager, Healthcare Business Analytics serves as a strategic analytics leader supporting the Home Health and Hospice leadership teams. This role is responsible for translating complex operational, financial, and clinical data into meaningful insights that guide organizational decision‑making, operational improvement, and performance management across multiple service lines.</p>
<p>
This position partners closely with senior leadership, operational teams, clinical leaders, business development, finance, and technology resources to ensure data integrity, actionable reporting, and clear interpretation of performance outcomes. The Manager designs and delivers enterprise analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting while ensuring leaders across the organization understand what the data means and how it should inform operational decisions.</p>
<p>
The Manager also supervises a Junior Business Analyst, providing mentorship, prioritization of analytical projects, and quality oversight of reporting and analytics outputs. In addition, this role occasionally develops training materials and delivers education to leaders and operational teams on how to interpret reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve organizational performance.</p>
