Minimum Required Experiences
 
6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or measurement.
 
Prior experience having built, scaled, and led a marketing analytics function in a complex large organization.
 
Executive presence; able to influence and communicate with senior leaders.
 
Marketing analytics expertise: A/B testing, segmentation, forecasting, measurement frameworks.
 
Hands-on skills with Python or R, and BI/web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, or Google Analytics).

Collaborate with senior business and functional leaders, product owners, and analytics leads to identify, define, and prioritize critical data and AI/ML needs, ensuring effective governance and utilization across the business.</li><li>
Design and deliver products by integrating data into analytics platforms to support projects such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.</li><li>
Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to enhance data understanding and quality across business areas and functions.</li><li>
Direct the creation and implementation of processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, including protection, retention, storage, use, and quality.</li><li>
Oversee data and AI/ML strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and execute critical projects.</li><li>
Manage and mentor staff, both direct and matrixed; drive teams toward execution milestones and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.</li></ul>
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>
15+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in developing and delivering enterprise-scale data and AI/ML strategy.</li><li>
Financial services industry domain expertise at large global organizations (sell side or buy side).</li><li>
Experience working in highly matrixed structures and hands-on experience with senior management/executive level updates and presentations.</li><li>
Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.</li><li>
Deep understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management, including data protection, quality, and classification.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>
Understanding of regulatory and control landscape and its impact on strategy and delivery.</li><li>
Management consulting skillset (impact orientation, business understanding, program management, executive presence).</li><li>
Extensive product management experience in data, analytics, and AI/ML.</li><li>
Experience in analytics (e.g., SQL or Python) and ability to analyze data to make decisions.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of data governance and controls.</li><li>
Experience and knowledge of vendor technologies in data and AI/ML (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Cloud, data mesh architecture, data quality, data lineage, data catalog, data transport, document digitization, LLM models, etc).</li><li>
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</li><li>
Familiarity with advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence applications in a business context.</li><li>
Understanding of Hadoop or Public Cloud related technologies and their applications.</li><li>
Understanding of application development process.</li><li>
Experience in agile methodologies is a plus.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or advanced degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.); management consulting experience is preferable but not required.</li><li>
MBA or any other advanced degree is a plus, not a requirement.</li></ul>
