After invoices are received from the suppliers, an entry has to be made in the relevant ERP system. As per the paid terms of payment agreed between the suppliers and business, AP pulls out the invoices that are ready to be paid on a specified date taking the company codes, supplier ID &amp; the date of payment into consideration and suppliers are paid.<br>

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Invoice Processing<br>
Role Overview:<br>
The Invoice Processing role in Accounts Payable is responsible for end-to-end invoice management &mdash; from receipt, validation, and posting to vendor reconciliation and issue resolution &mdash; using SAP or other ERP systems.<br>
The role ensures timely and accurate invoice booking in compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.<br>
Responsibilities<br>
Invoice Processing &amp; Posting<br>
 Receive, review, and process supplier invoices (PO and Non-PO) accurately in SAP<br>
 Verify invoice details such as vendor name, PO number, quantities, pricing, tax, and payment terms.<br>
 Match invoices against POs and GRNs (3-way / 2-way matching).<br>
 Handle non-PO invoices in accordance with approval matrices and business rules.<br>
 Ensure correct GL coding, cost center allocation, and tax treatment during posting.</div><div>
Exception &amp; Query Management<br>
 Resolve invoice discrepancies (quantity, price, GR issues, tax errors) by coordinating with Procurement, Receiving, and Vendor teams.<br>
 Track and clear blocked invoices and hold items.<br>
 Investigate and resolve vendor payment or posting issues promptly.</div><div>

Minimum Qualifications<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university or college</li><li>Relevant Vendor Master Experience</li><li>Basic understanding of the principles of the Supply Chain Management</li><li>Knowledge of SAP ECC or S4 Hana</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills<br>
<ul><li>Shared service centre experience in a multinational environment</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Passion to understand processes &amp; improve efficiencies</li><li>Focus on problem resolution to eliminate reoccurrence.</li></ul>
