 The AP Specialist will have experience in the following.
 
 
 
 Duties and responsibilities include:

 Process a high volume of AP transactions, including international invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Review invoices to ensure accurate GL coding and vendor terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain reconciliations on vendor statements and accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform vendor maintenance including new vendor setup and W9s
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with vendors and third parties to resolve account and payment issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and audit vendor invoices to resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize Microsoft Excel for AP data analysis
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Large ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, or Concur Invoice is preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of Accounts Payable processing experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

The Project Billing &amp; AP Specialist is responsible for the entry and review of project information into the ERP system and working closely with our Program Managers regarding the status of projects and customer invoicing. This position will also enter vendor invoices, process vendor payments, resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, and various other duties to support the Accounting Department. This position will also develop strong working relationships with our Program managers, vendors, and internal cross-company purchasing partners.
<ul><li>Oversee and maintain organization of project documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements</li><li>
Review customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy of pricing, payment terms, and shipping terms</li><li>
Review and verify project setup and project information in the ERP system for accuracy and completeness</li><li>
Work closely with Program Managers to monitor project status and ensure timely preparation and distribution of progress invoices to customers.</li><li>
Close completed projects during the month-end close process</li><li>
Review, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies, including invoices failing the three-way match; coordinate corrections and approvals as needed.</li><li>
Review invoice information captured by automated invoice processing software and accurately post invoices into the ERP system.</li><li>
