What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:
We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:<ul><li>Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm</li><li>Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance</li><li>Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation</li><li>Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects</li><li>Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement</li><li>Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations</li><li>Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement</li><li>Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks</li><li>Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor</li></ul>

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)</li><li>Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication abilities</li><li>A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance</li><li>Flexible schedule - weekends REQUIRED</li><li>Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred</li><li>Stable work history</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities

Leasing &amp; Customer Service

<li>Follow up consistently with prospects and confidently close leases</li>

Qualifications
