What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>
Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs</li><li>
Prepare apartments for move-in (make-readies) to company standards</li><li>
Complete service requests efficiently with minimal supervision</li><li>
Maintain curb appeal, common areas, and preventative maintenance schedules</li><li>
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies</li><li>
Communicate professionally with residents and the onsite team</li></ul>
As an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the community.
