Key Responsibilities 
Operational Oversight<ul><li>
Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, collections, renewals, resident satisfaction, and vendor coordination.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, and property code requirements.</li><li>
Communicate regularly with the AVP regarding property performance, challenges, and strategic needs.</li></ul>
Financial Management<ul><li>
Achieve financial goals by monitoring rents, expenses, delinquencies, and budget compliance.</li><li>
Approve invoices, manage vendor relationships, and monitor spending to stay within budget.</li><li>
Oversee rent collection, posting, deposits, and necessary legal actions for delinquent accounts.</li></ul>
Team Leadership<ul><li>
Recruit, onboard, and train on-site staff including leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams.</li><li>
Conduct ongoing training and coaching to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.</li><li>
