We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong balance of functional expertise, technical depth, and security-first thinking, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Shield capabilities (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, and Data Classification).</p><p>
You will play a key role in shaping scalable, high-performing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds while ensuring secure handling of sensitive data, strong governance, and long-term platform stability.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations</li><li>
Design scalable data models, automation strategies, and application frameworks</li><li>
Establish and maintain architecture standards and governance practices</li><li>
Define and manage integration patterns across enterprise systems</li><li>
Implement and oversee CI/CD processes and release management</li></ul><p>
 <b>Salesforce Security &amp; Shield Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Lead implementation and optimization of Salesforce Shield, including:</li><li>
Platform Encryption for data at rest</li><li>
Event Monitoring for auditability and threat detection</li><li>
Data Classification to support governance and compliance</li><li>
Data Masking to protect sensitive data in non-production environments</li><li>
Design secure permission models, access controls, and data protection strategies aligned to least-privilege principles</li><li>
Ensure security controls are embedded into architecture and delivery processes&mdash;not retrofitted</li></ul><br>

Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>
6+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture or senior consulting roles</li><li>
Strong expertise in data modeling, flows, APIs, and integration design</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, including:</li><li>
Platform Encryption</li><li>
Event Monitoring</li><li>
Experience with Data Masking and Data Classification</li><li>
Strong understanding of data governance, permission models, and secure platform design</li><li>
Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders</li></ul><p><b>

<li>Contribute to the development of enterprise standards (integration patterns, infrastructure, and data patterns)</li>
<li>Translate enterprise strategy into sequenced road maps with dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Identify duplication and rationalization opportunities across applications/integration/data platforms.</li>
<li>Maintain architecture artifacts that support capital planning, vendor strategy, and modernization initiatives.</li>
<li>Participate in discovery and design for key initiatives; ensure solutions align with target architecture and non-functional requirements (availability, resiliency, performance, observability).</li>
<li>Review solution designs for interoperability, privacy, and security alignment; ensure architectural decisions are recorded.</li>
<li>Partner with Security and Privacy to ensure architectures address security and compliance requirements.</li>
