 The Application Developer builds and maintains internal tools, automation solutions, and AI-powered applications to enhance operational efficiency across the Bank.
 
 
 He/She develops scalable, secure, and user-centric applications using open-source technologies and modern development practices. The Application Developer reduces reliance on vendor systems by delivering internal solutions aligned with the Bank&rsquo;s technology standards and governance frameworks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities:

What will you be doing: 
This role involves full-stack development within the Microsoft stack, focusing primarily on MedTrac, our custom core application that manages referral management, utilization management, distribution, and reporting. MedTrac is integral to our home care benefits operation, supporting services for our internal team, service providers, and health plan clients. The Application Developer will play a key role in coding new features, modernizing existing components, maintaining integrations, and supporting associated portals. The position requires proficiency with legacy ASP.NET Framework (VB.NET/C#) and newer .NET Core technologies using MVVM with Aurelia, Typescript, and Bulma. 
Additionally, this role will leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools and techniques to enhance application functionality and drive innovation.
