The protection against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), including the prevention of and response to SEA, continues to gain momentum not only within the United Nations (UN) and Interagency Standing Committee (IASC) common systems but also amongst governments, institutional partners, media and the general public.

Over the past decade, IOM has increasingly been seen as a strong player supporting the prevention and response to SEA and Sexual Harassment within the UN, IASC, and amongst the humanitarian community. While significant progress has been made to prevent and respond to SEA within the Organization such as through the development of innovative PSEA trainings, the development of a misconduct platform to report SEA, and extensive interagency collaboration on PSEA, more needs to be done within country and at the programmatic level.

Under the direct supervision of the PSEAH Project Coordinator, the selected PSEAH Support Officer will support PSEAH related activities in IOM Pakistan.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 
 
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of experience in CLM system configuration, application management, system support, or technology consulting, with a focus on CLM or related platforms (e.g., Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Trained and certified on one or more platforms -
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Icertis CLM Platform (Ex. Icertis certified ICI Administrator, Icertis certified Functional Professional)
 </li>
 <li>
 DocuSign Platform (Ex. Certified DocuSign CLM Administrator, Certified DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer, Certified DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant)
 </li>
 <li>
 Sirion Platform (Sirion L1, L2, L3 Certified, Sirion Certified CLM Specialist)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience leading or managing application support teams or projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of customer support processes and CRM/SaaS platforms. Ability to follow defined processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical and functional issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of contract management processes and terminology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are looking for somebody that can review our documentation and record retention to assure it is correct by state standards, answer questions, and provide direction on any improvement and correction needed. 
Consultant Job Duties:

<li>Review records as prepared and entered into the system by others of individuals' program progress for accuracy, completeness, and compliance according to the regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Recommend action needed to fix repeating issues.</li>
<li>Assist VP, Directors, Program Managers, and others in implementing those recommendations that are accepted.</li>
<li>Assist VP, Directors, and others in reviewing processes and procedures to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Work with the VP, Directors and other staff to become more effective and efficient.</li></ul> 


This position requires the following skills:
<ul>
<li>Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program progress with accuracy, and completeness</li>
<li>Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services</li>
<li>Knowledge of practices and techniques of programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs</li>
<li>Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision</li>
<li>Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff.</li>
<li>Must be flexible and organized</li>
<li>Must have good computer skills, we are a paperless agency.</li>
<li>Must be able to work without close supervision</li>
<li>The ability to interact with a wide range of people</li></ul>
