<div></div><div><b>Summary:</b></div>
<div>Provides indirect support for operations in our PAC3 Layup Department. Responsible for setting up tools, loading/ moving materials, and providing other support as directed by a supervisor or a lead.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b>:</div>
<ul><li>Retrieves, sets up, and loads tools and materials as needed across multiple stages of layup.</li>
<li>Forklift operation may be required - can be trained</li>
<li>Self-starter, able to work independently and with multiple departments</li>
<li>Communicates with co-workers in a team environment effectively, promoting a positive team environment</li>
<li>Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to safety procedures</li>
<li>Maintain an organized/ clean space and equipment</li>
<li>Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance, and arrives on time daily</li>
<li>Ability to cross train and accept additional responsibilities, including, but not limited to different stages of PAC-3 Layup and vacuum bagging parts.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Working Conditions and Physical Demands:</b></div>
<ul><li>Continuous standing on concrete surface.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and move weights with a partner and use &ldquo;poles&rdquo; to move weights ranging from 88-125 lbs.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Prior forklift and pallet jack experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Must have a valid Driver's License</li>
</ul>
