</b></p><ul><li>Collaborates with teams across various projects and customers on feasibilities and applications' customizations.
</li><li>Responsible for SW build and development support activities for systems local or remote, which includes installation, software patch, system security, data backup, storage management, VM, and problem analysis activities.
</li><li>Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
</li><li>Provides Support process by serving as Tier 1 / Tier 2 point of contact and owner of problem/incident.

Job Summary:</b> As a DDC Application Engineer, you will have overall responsibility for the design, material selection, material budget and design documents associated with the preliminary stages of the project. Additionally, ongoing engineering support of the project management, installation, programming and commissioning teams as well as the service teams for any project will be expected. The main purpose of this position is to provide a cost-effective design to meet the agreed upon scope for both equipment and installation of the DDC project. Select applicable building automation products and end devices for energy management systems based on input from sales turnover and from contract construction documents, a defined scope of work and specifications.</li><li>
Create control drawings utilizing Microsoft Visio software that include: flow diagrams, sequences of operation, bill of material, network layouts, schedules and electrical schematics as required.</li><li>
Produce engineering documents to include control drawings, product data sheets and other requested data for project submittals. During this phase, any RFI's requiring design team input will be written by the Application Engineer.</li><li>

Select cost-effective and reliable controls devices per specifications, to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget.</li><li>

Prepare &quot;as-built&quot; record drawings.</li><li>
Organize and maintain project job folders with updates, correspondence, etc.</li><li>
