An Enterprise Applications Analyst (EAA) is typically responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of enterprise applications. This role often involves interacting with end-users, documenting procedures, and participating in application design, testing, and implementation. An Application Support Analyst is now sought by a leading software Company to join their dedicated 2nd line application support team, supporting a broad customer base on a daily basis.<br> <br>The role will involve picking up tickets passed by the 1st line team.
