Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators.</li><li>
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.</li><li>
Identifying financial risks, maintaining company insurance policies, and ensuring proper licensing.</li><li>
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.</li><li>
Active CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of management accounting experience.</li><li>
Strong understanding of SAAS, Private Institution, or Family Office principles.</li></ul></div>
