EDUCATION<ul><li>
Position requires a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other Information Systems related technical field, non-degree holders must possess a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>
 Five 5+ years of experience in process/application design, or providing support on software development teams.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
5 + years&rsquo; experience in application development and/or system configuration support.</li><li>
Candidates must have experience designing and analyzing business processes, and creating flow models and diagrams in support of requirements and software development.</li><li>
Contributor to project implementations that utilized a formal project management methodology, quality assurance program, and SDLC, or applicable Agile methodology.</li><li>
Proficient knowledge of various applications, business operations and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Strong understanding of software design, relational databases, knowledge of SQL and Stored Procedures. Microsoft SQL Server preferred.</li><li>
General knowledge of XML, Web Services, JavaScript, ASP and .Net technologies.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES<ul><li>
The candidate should possess strong interpersonal, organization, problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze data, and provide feedback to project teams.</li><li>
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and apply common systems development requirements and design criteria.</li><li>
Structured Quality Assurance testing program development and ongoing process support in a systems environment.</li><li>
Experience with establishing technology guidelines based on best practices in enterprise application architecture and software development.</li><li>
Ability to lead technical and procedural standards (SDLC) for systems design, development, verification, and implementation.</li><li>
Multi-task and manage unstructured tasks within specific guidelines and time constraints.</li><li>
Must be highly motivated and organized.</li><li>
Familiarity with writing basic SQL scripts.</li><li>
Capable of performing application administration of system files, parameter settings, software configuration tables, and database edits.</li></ul>
