Job Summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote role, providing remote services to clients across Georgia. The ideal BCBA candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCBA must reside in the State of Georgia. This could be either a full-time or a part-time hourly position with a flexible schedule, allowing for a professional and personal balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Functions<ul><li>
Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization. Ensures all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.</li><li>
Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/ exit planning, in collaboration with parents and other stake holders, with the emphasis on delivering developmentally appropriate and socially valid client outcomes.</li><li>
Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.</li><li>
Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.</li><li>
Supervise others with a focus on developing supervisees&rsquo; independent clinical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and fulfillment of certification requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members.</li><li>
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely fashion, including but not limited to generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and completing forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management.</li></ul>
