<p>At Be Wise Behavior, we serve children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Every child has a treatment team consisting of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist to ensure the most comprehensive services are provided. BWB utilizes evidence-based interventions and principles of applied behavior analysis to help children reach their highest potential! Join our team of passionate and dedicated individuals today!</p><p><b>Please note: Bee Wise Behavior does not operate out of a clinic setting. All services are provided in the child&rsquo;s natural environment, including in-home, community-based settings, and, when appropriate, school or daycare environments.</b></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs</li><li>Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention</li><li>Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.</li><li>Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.</li><li>Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed</li><li>Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA</li><li>Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline</li><li>Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress</li><li>Comply with all company policies and procedures</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently and part of a team</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Must pass background check</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul><p>Skills<br/>- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.</p><p>-Maintain professionalism in client home/school environments</p><p>Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Ability to Commute:</p><ul><li>Greenville, NC 27834 (Required)</li></ul><p>Ability to Relocate:</p><ul><li>Greenville, NC 27834: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
