THE DAY-TO-DAY:<ul><li>
Make, serve, and demonstrate complex knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available, proportioning ingredients according to standardized.</li><li>
Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls and the cleanliness of the bar and equipment Account for poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork.</li><li>
Provide Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending.</li><li>
