Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Management of the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable (full cycle); ensure accurate and timely processing of collections, monitoring and maintaining of all AR accounts for 5+ companies.</li>
<li>Making high volume of AR collection calls/sending and responding to AR correspondence, resolving client account discrepancies, preparing delinquency notices to clients.</li>
<li>Alerting operations team members of any pending disputes,</li>
<li>communicating on outstanding items to be submitted to the clients to facilitate payment receipts.</li>
<li>Coordinate weekly meetings with operations team to discuss delinquencies, collection strategies and process improvements</li>

<li>Manage QB and Sage /Lockstep collection applications</li>
<li>Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations of Sage/Lockstep and BigTime to QB records.</li>

<li>Setting up PayApps to receive payments from clients</li>
<li>Preparing mechanical liens and lien releases</li>
<li>Monitor AR automation process by utilizing internal AR software and working with external tech support to correct tech issues and deficiencies</li>
<li>Monitoring AR Aging reports on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Handling legal disputes and communications with legal external team</li>
<li>Handling administrative tasks and special projects on as needed basis</li>

Requirements:

<li>Minimum 5 years of demonstrated full-cycle Accounts Receivable and collections experience with a proven, measurable record of collection success</li>
<li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred</li>
<li>Ability to manage a high volume of activity, including an average of 20+ collection calls and 30&ndash;40 emails daily</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel with intermediate-level skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)</li>
<li>Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with attention to detail</li>
