Job Description
As the Seasonal Architectural Review Assistant, you will work closely with the Director of Design Review and community leadership to capture and organize lot-specific construction, renovation, and design history. This role is hands-on and research-focused, offering you an opportunity to apply your architectural education in a real-world HOA and residential design context.
You will interview the Director of Design Review using a structured questionnaire, review existing lot files, and enter all data into HOA Life&trade;, the Association&rsquo;s management platform. Your work will create the first comprehensive digital catalog of the community&rsquo;s architectural history.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct structured interviews with the Director of Design Review to capture knowledge for each lot.</li><li>
