 Role Overview</h2>
We&rsquo;re hiring an Architecture Coordinator to support Homebound&rsquo;s pre-construction plan development across multiple markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring architectural plans are not only technically sound, but also design-forward and aligned with Homebound&rsquo;s architectural vision.
The Architecture Coordinator sits within Homebound&rsquo;s Home Product Development on the Architecture team and supports the Associate Principal and Senior Architecture Associate across a broad range of responsibilities, including plan development, consultant coordination, documentation, and permitting.
In addition to core architectural coordination responsibilities, this role will work closely with the Associate Principal, Senior Architect, and Director to support the development and refinement of Homebound&rsquo;s architectural design and brand identity across both exterior and interior architecture.
While Homebound&rsquo;s technology platform is a key driver of both efficiency and customer experience, architectural design and process execution are equally critical to our success. The Architecture team and this role helps bridge architectural design intent, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination - serving as the connective thread throughout pre-construction.
Preference will be given to candidates located in one of our markets: Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Tampa, FL, Los Angeles, CA or Denver, CO.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Plan Development &amp; Architectural Coordination</h3><ul><li>
Support pre-construction plan development across multiple markets by coordinating with architecture consultants and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Review architectural drawings at each stage of development to verify quality, accuracy, constructibility, and alignment with Homebound standards, budgets, and code requirements.</li><li>
Capture redlines, clarify revisions, and design feedback from project leads and ensure updates are accurately incorporated into revised drawings.</li></ul><ul><li>
