Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Architectural Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead the architectural design management for a major development program in Qatar, overseeing multidisciplinary design coordination and ensuring architectural delivery meets project objectives, regulatory requirements, and construction readiness.
As Senior Architectural Manager, you will provide technical leadership across the architectural discipline, coordinating closely with engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure integrated design solutions across complex mixed-use developments.
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Lead and manage architectural design activities across all phases of project delivery, from concept development through detailed design and construction support.</li><li>

What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (mandatory); Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related design discipline preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale mixed-use or legacy developments.</li><li>
Experience of race tracks, motorsports, hospitality, retail, high-end F&amp;B, leisure, and entertainment zone developments is desirable.</li><li>
Proven experience working on projects in the GCC region, with strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, authority coordination processes, and design delivery within a PMC or client-representative environment.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience delivering integrated developments including civic, commercial, cultural, experiential, and public realm components.</li><li>
Strong understanding of architectural and urban design standards, international codes, and sustainability frameworks such as GSAS and LEED.</li><li>
