 We&rsquo;re a busy residential design-build firm based in North Pasadena looking for a Revit Draftsperson / Job Captain with a passion for construction and design. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing their skills through real project experience in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
 
 
 
 About the Role:
 
 You&rsquo;ll work directly with our lead designer as a Revit Draftsperson and emerging Job Captain on mid- to high-end residential and light commercial projects, and sometimes infield management, construction and material shopping, bidding projects. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, beginning in apprenticeship as an independent contractor with potential to transition into a permanent position. Starting on-site in Pasadena with the potential for partial or full remote work depending on experience and performance.
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 Revit proficiency is REQUIRED &ndash; modeling and drafting. Basic understanding of construction and site management &ndash; desired but flexible. Ability or interest in taking on Job Captain responsibilities such as coordinating drawings and supporting project execution. Strong desire to learn &ndash; we value curiosity and craftsmanship. Vehicle required &ndash; a truck is even better! Proximity to Pasadena &ndash; preferred.
 
 
 
 Additional details:
 
 The firm will provide Revit software and equipment needed. The firm is willing to train the right person. Must be self-motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute meaningfully. Fluent or conversational Spanish is a plus.
