Role Summary
The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence in BIM processes and digital design delivery with proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Act as Lead Appointed Party for BIM delivery in accordance with ISO 19650, with formal authority to accept, reject, or delay information deliveries that do not meet agreed standards and client Exchange Information Requirements (EIR)</li><li>
Develop and maintain project-level BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and review/approve Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) submitted by design disciplines</li><li>
Establish and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) structures using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, including project setup, access control, folder structures, workflow configuration, status codes, and information containers (Work in Progress, Shared, Published, Archive)</li><li>

Monitoring and ensuring that all architectural engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications.</li><li>

Education:

Project Manager

Koroseal Interior Products

The Architectural Products Sales Consultant position is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients, including facility managers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and others who may influence the ultimate sale. The successful candidate must develop product presentation skills that will allow confident, competent, thorough client interaction and problem solution with architectural products (wall panels, acoustic solutions and flooring). They must develop product brand awareness of the Koroseal products in the marketplace.
 This role will be located in Dallas reporting to our Regional Sales Manager. There will be occasional travel to our other company locations to support customer plant visits, headquarters sales calls, and tradeshows, or as required.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored architectural product solutions (wall panels, acoustics solutions, and flooring)</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations or presentations, highlighting features and benefits that meet client requirements.</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.</li>
<li>Consistently follow up with leads, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns.</li>
<li>Engage in consultative selling by asking questions and actively listening to understand customer needs.</li>
<li>Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client needs and company offerings.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on how your products/services can add value to their business.</li>
