 Tasks

What You&rsquo;ll Do

You&rsquo;ll work closely with our project managers and principal to deliver high-quality, coordinated drawing sets and contribute to the design process.

Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Create technical and schematic drawings using BIM software (AutoCAD Architecture)</li>
<li>Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation drawings</li>
<li>Help develop and refine construction details with guidance from the project manager or principal</li>
<li>Coordinate and integrate drawings from other consultants (engineers, surveyors, etc.)</li>
<li>Prepare and process submittals for Building Permits and development approvals with the City of San Diego</li>
<li>Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li>
<li>Contribute design ideas that help elevate each project</li>
<li>Apply your understanding of construction methods for both residential and commercial work</li></ul> 


What You Bring
