Technical Drawing &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Develop technical drawings including space plans, floor covering plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), electrical plans, and concept elevations.</li><li>
Maintain all drawing revisions and resubmit updated sets based on redlines in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>
Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings, ensuring design intent is preserved through the construction process.</li><li>
Effectively receive and act on direction from senior staff to document and convey design requirements and solutions to the broader design and construction team.</li></ul>
Design Development &amp; Visualization<ul><li>
Help create and develop digital and physical presentation boards and layouts for internal and client review.</li><li>
Develop base 3D models to support and communicate the overall design concept during early project phases.</li><li>
Contribute to conveying and maintaining design intent through Design and Pre-Construction/Bidding phases, including supporting product and vendor selection.</li></ul>

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.</li><li>
3+ years of related interior design drafting experience.</li><li>

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>
