  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for recruitment within the operation &nbsp;in conjunction with the CEO and selected management, including the screening of applications, conducting of interviews, providing feedback after interviews and recommending candidates for roles at UFC Gym that fit within the organizational structure.

  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the setting of brand standards within the company in conjunction with the CEO and selected management.
 </p>

  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures within the company in conjunction with the CEO and selected management.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the introduction of a training and development program within the company in conjunction with the CEO and selected management.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the performance of the company in general. Identifying and setting goals, KPIs and targets for the selected management that motivates them and sets a standard for excellence which translates to their team members and creates an environment where expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the growth and development of the company by identifying opportunities for growth and development within the market, and proposing solutions that capitalise upon those opportunities.

  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the business are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible, working in conjunction with the CEO and selected management to ensure there is adequate staffing in place to meet the demands of the business, deliver the best service possible to customers and maximise revenue generation.
 </p>

  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for coordinating with all departments to ensure customer and staff satisfaction is maximised and issues are identified, reported and addressed at the earliest opportunity.

  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible Facility Management and can be have a coordination within the management such as hr, finance, marketing, procurement&nbsp;and IT in conjunction with the CEO to maintain efficient and effective operations within the company that achieve the company's organizational objectives overall.

   Education and Work Experience Requirements

 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MBA preferred.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Hospitality/Business/Management.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Recognised diploma/certification in Fitness.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;8-10 years of relevant experience within hospitality or fitness industry operations, of which a minimum of 2-4 years should be in a supervisory/management role.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in GCC/Qatar is preferable.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
 </p>
 <p>
  ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Valid driver&rsquo;s licence preferred.
 </p>
