</div><div>Knights Armor Security is seeking dependable, professional, and licensed Flex Armed Security Officers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for officers who are flexible, reliable, and willing to work a variety of assignments, including retail, commercial, residential, construction, special events, and executive protection support.<br>
</div><div>As a Flex Armed Security Officer, you will be assigned to multiple client locations to cover open shifts, vacations, special events, and emergency staffing needs. Candidates must demonstrate excellent judgment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments.<br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br>
</div><ul><li>Patrol assigned properties on foot and/or in a vehicle.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.</li>
<li>Monitor entrances, exits, and surveillance systems.</li>
<li>Control access to facilities and verify identification.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, and suspicious activity.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.</li>
<li>Enforce client policies and company procedures.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.</li>
<li>Assist law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.</li>
<li>Perform additional security duties as assigned based on client needs.</li>

</div><ul><li>Valid Armed Security License (state-required).</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.</li>

<li>Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice.</li>

The Senior Analyst, Government &amp; Public Affairs is responsible for developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies that support Plains' business objectives, strengthen community relationships, and help maintain the company's social license to operate.</p><p></p><p>
At an enterprise level, this includes coordinating continuous improvement to stakeholder engagement efforts, supporting governance, documentation, reporting and other initiatives. On a targeted level, this role serves as a key business partner to internal stakeholders, helping to anticipate or identify potential stakeholder-related issues, developing tailored engagement plans and coordinating or leading outreach efforts in communities where Plains operates or may pursue future opportunities. The Senior Analyst, Government &amp; Public Affairs engages directly with community leaders, local elected officials, industry organizations, NGOs, educational institutions and other stakeholders while helping ensure engagement activities are coordinated across departments and aligned with the company's values and business priorities.</p><p></p><p>
As a member of the Stakeholder Engagement, Government and Regulatory Affairs team, this role also collaborates across multiple disciplines to support external communications, community investment, reputation management and incident response efforts.</p><p></p><p>

Develop, maintain and improve stakeholder engagement frameworks, tools, guidance materials, reporting processes and best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Support implementation of company stakeholder engagement practices to meet business and/or regulatory requirements, aligned with safety management system processes.</p></li><li><p>
Develop stakeholder maps, engagement strategies and relationship plans aligned with business priorities.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>

Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks.</p></li><li><p>
