   Co-lead creative concepting for monthly campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural opportunities
  </li>
  <li>
   Own and evolve the visual identity of Everyday Dose across all channels and customer touchpoints
  </li>
  <li>
   Build campaign moodboards, styleframes, and visual systems that guide the look and feel of each launch
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead art direction for photo and video shoots including shot planning, casting guidance, visual tone, and on-set creative leadership
  </li>

   Oversee campaign execution across paid media, social, email, web, packaging, and retail
  </li>

   Design key campaign assets while directing additional internal or external designers
  </li>

   Collaborate closely with writers and cross-functional partners to maintain a unified story across all creative

 This role reports directly to the Creative Director of Art Direction for Amazon Fresh. This position resides at Whole Foods Market headquarters, and your focus will be on both Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market grocery brands.

 In this role, you&rsquo;ll develop marketing campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure both brands are consistently represented at a high level across all platforms. You&rsquo;ll play a role in both the strategic ideation and the execution of high-impact marketing assets from online to in store.

   Lead the art direction for seasonal campaigns, overseeing creative processes from concept to final production across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  </li>

   Organize and manage pre-production for photoshoots, working directly with photographers, stylists, and creative talent to ensure successful outcomes.

   Oversee on-set photography, both virtually and in-person, ensuring visual consistency and creative integrity during photoshoots.

   Create high-quality graphic design assets, including website banners, emails, social media graphics, print ads, store-signage, and other brand materials.

  Basic Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of industry experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Online portfolio demonstrating art direction and graphic design work
  </li>

   High proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

   Strong understanding of core design principles (typography, composition, scale, color theory, etc.)
