As the Art Director at Eleventh Hour Games, you will lead and define the artistic vision across all disciplines, including 2D, 3D, character, and environment art, while managing and mentoring the department leads under your umbrella. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

 FIGS is looking for an awesome Associate Art Director to join our Brand Creative Marketing Team at FIGS. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the overall aesthetic for our brand at FIGS. This person will have an instrumental role on the Visual Design Team and oversee concepts and execution of all visual assets including emails, ads, out of home marketing materials and site assets. You will have a passion for photography, film and graphic design. In this role, you will report to the Senior Art Director and work collaboratively across the creative team to bring the FIGS brand to life visually. The ideal candidate should have experience working for an apparel ecommerce company and a passion for graphic design, typography and creating compelling, holistic brand materials across all platforms.
 
 
 
 What you'll do:

 Partner across creative team leads including other Art Directors to create a compelling visual brand story across all platforms

 Work on set to capture necessary assets and edit as required- video and static image
 </li>

 Lead and execute on assigned creative projects from concept to completion

 Arrange for ancillary creative shoots as needed, manage third parties on a project by project basis where required

 Provide graphic design work as needed to supplement existing internal and external resources
 </li>

 Create comps, storyboards, graphic concepts, and final deliverables as required

 Lead and develop a team of graphic designers

 Act as the internal creative spokesperson for all assigned projects to ensure a complete understanding of the vision of our internal and external teammates

 Requirements:

 Minimum of 5+ years of design and e-commerce experience at an advertising agency or high-profile brand. Please have your portfolio link in your resume to be considered

 <li>
 1+ years of e-commerce art direction experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio demonstrating big, campaignable thinking that can extend into any medium
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use within marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional design skills, including layout, typography, video, motion, and design patterns
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work across teams and synthesize input from marketing, product management, sales, market research, and internal and external partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert mastery of all design tools, platforms, and versions of applicable software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Indesign)
