 THE ROLE
 
 
 
 An artist management company is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support an Artist Manager across scheduling, travel, and communications. This role serves as a key liaison across teams while supporting artist development through coordination of releases, studio time, and appearances.  What This Role Will Do

 Provide complete administrative executive support and professional business skills to the Artist Manager.

 Manage heavy scheduling and multifaceted Outlook calendar management, including providing details of appointments and conference calls.

 Receive, screen, and follow-up all communications via phone, email, and mail.
 </li>

 Prepare extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel and transportation reservations, mileage programs and upgrades with the ability to make frequent and last-minute changes.

 Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

 Be a liaison for the company, arrange team meetings, and disseminate information to internal and external teams.

 Manage special projects and coordinate special events, as needed.

 Attend and travel to client events including shows/festivals and provide excellent service to A-list guests.

 Source, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Pre-press artist is responsible for launching orders to an OS team artist or manually setting up the art and making sure a proof is sent to the customer as needed. Artist needs to review the queries if applicable from our OS artists or any other department to continue the order&rsquo;s processing. Once order is approved, the artist will check the setup of production files, launch to the presses and print appropriate files to production along with tracking the order. Artist must communicate with other departments including CS and Production to take care of internal order needs such as fixing or adjusting files, virtuals, art checks or stitch counts. Assistance with overflow on marketing requests may be requested. Artist must have a mastery of Adobe Illustrator, a working knowledge of printing processes, and an understanding of die/item area limitations.
Summary/objective
To Setup, Check and Process Orders through a systematic procedure flow to be produced.

Located on Cape Ann,the City of Gloucester (pop. 30,000) is a community with a colorful and rich history, vibrant arts culture and a stunning waterfront. The Sawyer Free Library (SFL) is located downtown in a vibrant hub of venues that host live music and creative artists.
SFL recently returned to our historic home at 2 Dale Avenue and celebrated the opening of our renovated and expanded facility, which includes a Digital Learning Lab. 
Our dedicated staff deliver inclusive programs, collections, public technology and services that reflect Gloucester&rsquo;s culture and support literacy, learning, digital skills, economic grown, community resilience and health &amp; wellness. 
SFL is seeking a Sound Artist in Residence to engage with the Gloucester community and inspire them to work on projects in our newly opened Audio Studios in the Digital Learning Lab. The Sound Artist in Residence will give visibility to our Audio Studios through in-library programming, consultation with the community, and creative works. We welcome applications from all types of sound artists, including podcasters, songwriters, musicians, and producers. 
The Digital Learning Lab is host to two live audio recording studios with state-of-the-art equipment and two high powered digital media stations with audio, video and image editing software. 
Sound Artists are invited to curate a lineup of events, workshops and performances for the residency. Example activities include:
<ul><li>Meet the Sound Artist in Residence community event</li></ul>
<ul><li>Workshop for participants to craft and record a personalized sound track on a theme</li></ul>
<ul><li>Go Beyond the User Guide one-on-one audio editing mentorship</li></ul>

Graphic Designer / Production ArtistHomeFields &mdash; Alpharetta, GA or Remote/HybridHomeFields creates handcrafted, illuminated 3D wood replicas of iconic stadiums, ballparks, arenas, and venues. We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Production Artist to help prepare artwork and production files for our growing line of replicas.This role is a mix of light creative design and a lot of detailed production work. The right person should be comfortable taking creative direction, preparing clean print-ready files, and working efficiently and independently once a project is assigned.ResponsibilitiesThe Graphic Designer / Production Artist will:<ul><li>Prepare artwork files for printing and production</li><li>Create, edit, and refine layouts for HomeFields replica designs</li><li>Work with existing templates and brand standards</li><li>Make file adjustments based on feedback from the creative and production teams</li><li>Prepare files for commercial printers, including proper sizing, bleeds, layers, colors, and formats</li><li>Organize and maintain production files in a clear, consistent manner</li><li>Support light creative design needs when required</li><li>Review files for accuracy before they are sent to print or production</li></ul>RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign</li><li>Familiarity with standard graphic design and production software</li><li>Experience preparing files for commercial printing</li><li>A good eye for layout, typography, spacing, and detail</li><li>Ability to follow direction carefully and apply feedback accurately</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently</li><li>Comfort handling repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy</li><li>A positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience as a production artist, graphic designer, prepress designer, or print production specialist</li><li>Experience working with layered files, templates, dielines, or physical products</li><li>Familiarity with sports, stadiums, maps, architectural imagery, or licensed merchandise is a plus</li><li>Experience working with small businesses, ecommerce brands, or product-based companies is helpful</li></ul>About HomeFieldsHomeFields designs and produces premium layered wood stadium replicas with built-in LED lighting.
