What will you be doing: 
This role involves full-stack development within the Microsoft stack, focusing primarily on MedTrac, our custom core application that manages referral management, utilization management, distribution, and reporting. MedTrac is integral to our home care benefits operation, supporting services for our internal team, service providers, and health plan clients. The Application Developer will play a key role in coding new features, modernizing existing components, maintaining integrations, and supporting associated portals. The position requires proficiency with legacy ASP.NET Framework (VB.NET/C#) and newer .NET Core technologies using MVVM with Aurelia, Typescript, and Bulma. 
Additionally, this role will leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools and techniques to enhance application functionality and drive innovation. The developer will work closely with our current MedTrac consulting team, and once hired, our new Sr. Cloud Developer, supporting shared goals around modernization and scalability and strategic interoperability initiatives. 
This position is open to hybrid or fully remote candidates, depending on experience and fit.
