POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and selling pavement maintenance products and services. This role manages customer accounts throughout the full lifecycle of each project-from initial contact through payment collection-ensuring customer needs are communicated effectively, projects run smoothly, and expectations are met or exceeded.

Identifies and pursues new business opportunities. This includes generating leads through cold calls, referrals, and trade associations.</li><li>

Identifies and recommends appropriate products/services the customer needs. Prepares and delivers accurate quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.</li><li>
Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts throughout the duration of the relationship. Maintains ongoing open lines of communication with customers.</li><li>
Communicates customer needs, project details, and timelines clearly to the production and operations teams. This includes assisting with job set up, planning and execution, as well as attending pre-construction meetings with customers and production management.</li><li>
Monitors project progress to ensure customer expectations are met and any issues are promptly resolved. Conducts post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.</li><li>
Approves project invoices promptly and collects receivables, when needed, for completed jobs in accordance with company policies and practices.</li><li>
Maintains accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, proposals, and project details in CRM systems.</li><li>
Represents the company at trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities.</li></ul>
