Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintenance &amp; Repair: Diagnose and fix hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on asphalt plant equipment (dryers, drum mixers, baghouses).</li>
<li>Preventative Care: Perform routine inspections, lubricate parts, change belts, and replace bearings to prevent equipment failure.</li>

Qualifications:
